This easy chicken sliced recipe in white sauce is made with mushrooms and white wine. It contains many typically Germanic spices, including parsley and lemon peel, which have only recently been introduced into German cuisine.

1. 450 g chicken, cut into strips
2. 2 tablespoons explained spread (conventional) or cooking oil, partitioned
3. 2 shallots, chopped
4. 2 cups thinly sliced or sliced mushrooms
5. 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour or brown rice flour
6. 1 cup of dry white wine
7. 1 cup of chicken broth
8. 1 teaspoon lemon peel
9. 1/4 cup light cream or heavy whipped cream
10. Salt to taste

12. 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley

STEP-1
Melt 1 tablespoon clarified butter over high heat and fry the chicken strips briefly until they are no longer pink. Take out of the pan and keep warm.
