 1. 450 g chicken, cut into strips

 2.  2 tablespoons explained spread (conventional) or cooking oil, partitioned

 3.  2 shallots, chopped

 4.  2 cups thinly sliced ​​or sliced ​​mushrooms

 5.   1 tablespoon all-purpose flour or brown rice   flour

 6.  1 cup of dry white wine

 7.  1 cup of chicken broth

 8.  1 teaspoon lemon peel

 9.  1/4 cup light cream or heavy whipped cream

10.  Salt to taste

11.  Ground pepper to taste

12.  2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley

STEP-1

Melt 1 tablespoon clarified butter over high heat and fry the chicken strips briefly until they are no longer pink. Take out of the pan and keep warm.


STEP-2

If necessary, add 1 more tablespoon of clarified butter to the pan and stir in 2 chopped shallots.
