Today we are going to make Spicy Chinese Egg Noodles. Spicy Chinese Egg Noodles are, in a word, incredible. Their chewy, bouncy texture is unmatched.
Main ingredients
1. 250g Noodles
2. 100g Cabbage
3. 2 Bell peppers
4. 1 Green chili
5. Salt as required
6. 4 Tablespoon Oil
7. 1 Tablespoon Red chili powder
8. 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
9. 1.1/2 Teaspoon Soya sauce
10. 3 Tablespoon Red chili sauce
11. 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
12. 1/4 Cup Coriander Leavers
13. 2 Egg
STEP-1
Lets take 250g noodles . Take 2 liter water and boil when it boil add enough salt and add oil to prevent sticking. Then add noodles cook exactly 3 min from the boiling point. If you cook more they turn mushy, turn of flames. Strain out the water immediately. Now boiling noodles is ready
STEP-2
Take Cabbage, green chili, tomato, green leaf etc and cut them into a small piece and wash them properly. Take any type of iron kadai and add 2-3 tablespoon oil boil it then add 2 egg then wait 10s for getting ready then add cabbage saute for a min add salt , red chili powder 1 teaspoon , pepper 1/2 teaspoon, saute them and add tomato also then add 1 tablespoon vinegar,1.1/2 tablespoon soy sauce, 3 tablespoon red chili sauce and least and finally add our boiled 1/3rd noodles mix or toss for a min. Our spicy chinese egg noodles is ready!!!!!!
