Indian Homemade paneer

 Lets make paneer at home only we need two ingredients need to make lets see how to make

INGREDIENTS

 Milk           :  2 Lr

 Lemon      :   2 tablespoon

 

How To Make

First rinse the pan with water so that it is wet and milk when boiled don’t stick to it and turn on the gas flame and pour the milk into it, allow it to boil on medium flame. Here I have used  milk as cottage cheese made out of it will be soft and nice it will take 7-8 minutes on medium flame to boil, after first boil stir it properly so that cream in not formed ,now after second boil turn the gas flame to low stir it. Then add two tablespoon lemon  juice or curd or vinegar and gently stir the milk. After few seconds you will see the entire milk begins to curdle, now switch of the flame.as soon as it curdle so that cottage cheese is soft, then allow it to settle for few seconds and you will see the greenish white water seperate, now use a sieve to separate this. Here you can use any sieve of your choice. Then place a cotton cloth over it. Now pour the mixture over it and stain the excess water, this left over water has many advantages like “Help in Dehydration  Increase Immunity, Glowing Skin and Sore Neck Swelling”. Then now make a packet out of it and place and heavy utensil over it. Here you can use any heavy utensil or you can fill water and keep it over it so the remaining excess water drain out .Then, allow it rest. After 1 hour cottage cheese is set now. Then, wash it with clear water so that smell of lemon goes off. Here you will see that soft, fresh and homemade cottage cheese or paneer is ready now.” You can also store this in box filled with water for 2-3 days in a refrigerator”.
