Ham and cheese croque cake recipe

Ingredients
- 8 slices of sandwich bread
- 200 g grated Gruyere
- 50 g butter
- 50 g flour
- 4 slices of white ham
- 50 cl of 1/2 skimmed milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
Preparation of the ham and cheese croque cake
1.Preheat your oven to 180 ° C.
2.Make a bechamel sauce by adding 150 g of the cheese.
3.To assemble the croque-cake, remove the crusts from the bread and cut the slices so that they fit in the loaf pan.
4.In the bottom of the mold a layer of bread, put a layer of ham and add a layer of béchamel.
5.Repeat the same operation until the mold is filled.
6.Close with a layer of bread.
7.Stir in a layer of grated cheese.
8.Bake for 30 minutes.
9.Unmold and serve.
