INGREDIENTS

  • 400 g flour 00
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 150 g butter
  • 50 ml of water
  • 2 egg yolks
  • half a sachet of instant baking powder
  • 100 g raisins
  • 50 g walnuts

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Start preparing Grandma's Biscottoni with raisins and walnuts. First of all, prepare the sandblasting: pour the flour and butter into chunks in a robot and blend.
  2. Now pour everything on a work surface like a fountain, add the egg yolks, sugar, yeast, water and start mixing.
  3. Finally add the squeezed raisins that you have previously soaked in water and the coarsely broken walnuts.
  4. Divide the dough that will have formed into two equal parts. Form some sausages and place them on baking paper.
  5. Let it rest in the refrigerator for an hour, then bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
