HOW TO COOK COLD CRUMBLED WITH CHERRIES

In recent times I seem to see crumbled everywhere and since I am a great lover of cheesecakes and therefore of summer desserts, I was intrigued and wanted to try the cold version.A few days ago I prepared this  cold crumble with cherries  WITHOUT COOKING and above all WITHOUT BUTTER and WITHOUT OIL. A very versatile and excellent dessert for the whole family, it is prepared in no time, try it

INGREDIENTS

Base

  • 300 dry biscuits
  • 150 ml fresh cream

Cream

  • 250 mascarpone
  • 200 ml whipping cream
  • 50 powdered sugar
  • 200 cherries

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Start preparing the  cold crumbled cherries  from the  base . Blend the biscuits into powder. In a large bowl, mix the crumbled biscuits with the cream.
  2. Take the springform pan, cover it with baking paper. Arrange 3/4 of the mixture on the base of the mold, flattening it well to form a compact base. Refrigerate to firm up for about half an hour.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare the  cream : in a bowl mix the mascarpone with the icing sugar. Aside, whip the cream and then add it to the mascarpone and mix.
  4. Take back the base, pour the cream evenly. On top of the cream, place the cherries, which you have first washed, removed the bone and cut in half, distributing over the whole cake.
  5. Cover with the rest of the biscuits on top. Put back in the fridge for about two hours. After the necessary time your  cold crumbled cherry  will be ready to be served.
