I love sweets WITHOUT COOKING, these days I turn on the oven the least necessary. The desserts with pavesini are excellent and so why not prepare this delicious Paradise cake with pavesini WITHOUT COOKING and WITHOUT EGGS .An excellent dessert at any time of the day and for any occasion, loved by young and old.

INGREDIENTS

  • 7-8 packs of pavesini
  • 250 mascarpone
  • 200 ml whipping cream
  • 100 powdered sugar
  • 100 condensed milk
  • to taste powdered sugar for sprinkling
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Start preparing the Paradise cake with pavesini WITHOUT COOKING . First of all prepare the cream : in a bowl combine the mascarpone with the condensed milk and the icing sugar and mix.
  2. Whip the cream separately and add it to the rest of the ingredients, mix from the bottom up, being careful not to dismantle the cream.
  3. Now move on to reassemble the cake : take a glass or ceramic dish and cover it entirely with cling film.
  4. Place the pavesini next to each other on the base (the swollen part of the biscuit goes outwards), add the cream on top and finally add the other pavesini (always with the swollen part inwards.
  5. Fold the transparent paper over the cake and place in the refrigerator to harden for at least an hour.
  6. Take the pan back, uncover the top from the transparent paper and turn over onto a serving dish. Gently wipe off all clear papers.
  7. Sprinkle with plenty of icing sugar before serving your Paradise cake with pavesini. WITHOUT COOKING and WITHOUT EGGS.
