HOW TO COOK KEFIR PIE WITH DIPLOMATIC PEACH CREAM

The dessert at the end of the meal in my house never fails, pampering is always needed, especially in the summer when seasonal fruit is a must!This kefir pie with diplomatic cream with peaches in single portions went like hot cakes, soft and delicious, excellent with peaches that you can also replace them with other fruit.A dessert that young and old will love, also excellent for special occasions.
INGREDIENTS
Kefir patty
- 300 g 00 flour
- 1 instant yeast sachet for sweets
- 3 eggs
- 100 g granulated sugar
- 200 ml kefir
- 70 ml seed oil
Diplomatic cream with peaches
- 250 g peach custard
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 1 peach
- to taste chocolate sprinkles
INSTRUCTIONS
- Start preparing the Kefir pie with diplomatic peach cream . First of all, prepare the kefir pie: in a bowl, whip the eggs with the sugar, add the kefir and oil slowly and mix all the ingredients.
- Add the sifted flour and baking powder and continue mixing. Take a 20 cm diameter hinged pan and pour the mixture into it. Bake in a static oven at 180 degrees for about 40-45 minutes.
- Allow the pie to cool completely and in the meantime prepare the peach custard .
- When the cream is very cold, whip the cream apart and add it to the cream, mix gently so as not to dismantle it and place in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- Take back the now cold kefir pie. Cut it in half. And in each disc cut out, with the help of the pasta cup, 3 discs, for a total of 6 small discs.
- Place a disc on a saucer, with the help of the pastry bag add the diplomatic cream on top and cover with the second disc.
- Then decorate with more cream, slices of nectarine and finally some chocolate sprinkles. Do the same procedure with the other two cakes.
