HOW TO COOK SOFT HEART TART WITH CUSTARD

I prepared this soft heart tart with custard for my daughter's 10 years, because she is Love with a capital A. A dessert that everyone immediately agreed, as they are great lovers of custard !!So I thought I'd propose it today because if you haven't had time to prepare a sweet for tonight, this tart is right for you: simple and very quick to make !!
INGREDIENTS
Base
- 180 g flour 00
- 3 eggs
- 100 g granulated sugar
- 1 sachet of instant yeast for sweets
- 70 ml seed oil
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- pinch of salt
Custard cream
- 500 ml milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 70 g cornstarch
- 70 g granulated sugar
- 1 vanilla pod
INSTRUCTIONS
- Start preparing the soft heart tart with custard from the base: preheat the oven to 170 ° C. Grease and flour a tart mold (add butter to keep it from sticking).
- Sift the flour. Cream the eggs with the sugar and add the oil and milk first and then the pinch of salt, the sifted flour and finally the yeast.
- Continue to work until all the ingredients are blended. Pour the mixture into the greased and floured mold and bake for about 15-20 minutes. (adjust according to your oven).
- After the cooking time, let it cool well before removing it from the mold…. Once cooled, turn the pan over and turn out the cake.
- Start preparing the cream: First, extract the seeds from the vanilla and cut the pods into pieces. Pour the milk into a saucepan and add both the seeds and the vanilla pods.
- Bring the milk to a boil. Stir occasionally. Pour the egg yolks, sugar and cornstarch separately into a bowl. Using a soft whisk, mix to obtain a creamy and smooth consistency.
- Add the mixture to the milk (filter the milk with a sieve to remove the vanilla) and mix, as soon as it has thickened, turn off the heat, cover with cling film and let it cool.
- Take back the cold base and decorate with the custard, help yourself with the pastry bag. I have decorated with colored chocolates but you can do it however you like
