For Sunday I propose you some really delicious and quick sweets to make, the coffee cakes with tiramisu cream , simple and delicious.Today it is raining and cold outside so we can stay at home to warm up, TV, sofa, cuddles and why not some greedy cuddles.

INGREDIENTS

  • 240 g flour 00
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g granulated sugar
  • 1 cup of coffee
  • 1 sachet of instant yeast for sweets
  • 70 ml seed oil
  • 250 g mascarpone cream
  • to taste unsweetened cocoa powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Start preparing the coffee tartlets with tiramisu cream . Whip the eggs with the sugar in a bowl until the mixture becomes homogeneous and clear.
  2. Add the lukewarm coffee and oil slowly and mix all the liquids. Separately, sift the flour with the baking powder and add them to the liquid ingredients a little at a time.
  3. Take the muffin cups and pour the mixture. Bake at 170 degrees in a static oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare the mascarpone cream and keep it in the refrigerator to firm up.
  5. Take back the now cold cakes and decorate with mascarpone cream and bitter cocoa powder.
