HOW TO COOK COFFEE CUPCAKES WITH TIRAMISU CREAM

For Sunday I propose you some really delicious and quick sweets to make, the coffee cakes with tiramisu cream , simple and delicious.Today it is raining and cold outside so we can stay at home to warm up, TV, sofa, cuddles and why not some greedy cuddles.
INGREDIENTS
- 240 g flour 00
- 2 eggs
- 100 g granulated sugar
- 1 cup of coffee
- 1 sachet of instant yeast for sweets
- 70 ml seed oil
- 250 g mascarpone cream
- to taste unsweetened cocoa powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- Start preparing the coffee tartlets with tiramisu cream . Whip the eggs with the sugar in a bowl until the mixture becomes homogeneous and clear.
- Add the lukewarm coffee and oil slowly and mix all the liquids. Separately, sift the flour with the baking powder and add them to the liquid ingredients a little at a time.
- Take the muffin cups and pour the mixture. Bake at 170 degrees in a static oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the mascarpone cream and keep it in the refrigerator to firm up.
- Take back the now cold cakes and decorate with mascarpone cream and bitter cocoa powder.
